This is also been there for me. The chest pain is not only while deep inhaling but also during rest. So I did tests today. Chest x ray is normal, esr is normal. In CBP the platelets are little high. I have iron deficiency. Now the symptoms breathlessness chest pain I have tachycardia too I feel fatigue and weak. These overlap with iron deficiency as well as PE. I am scared that I have PE. Please check my reports and let me know does my symptoms and reports indicate PE do I need to get tests like d dimer. I have done ct angio three years ago it's normal.
