Doubt of pregnancy
I missed my periods this month, and it showed positive for pregnancy when I tested with ican, which I did twice for confirmation. I am also having severe back pain and stomach ache for the past few days. I had been vomiting continuously for the past 3 days too, which reduced a bit after some OTC medication. but the pain remains. I am really worried about the pain.
