Asked for Female, 23 Years

My friend has taken hnwanted 72 on 21st Aug..her period was expdcted around 28th Aug but she didnt get however had 1 day bleeding on 31st Aug.. she took BETA HCG test on 5th Sept and its level was 1.2 She again had her periods on 20th Sept..first day flow was more heavy than normal and more painful and 2nd day flow decreased... What is it? Is she pregnant? She took test it was 1.2 level of hcg..What to do?
