The FNAC from lesion in liver is suggestive of metastatic cancer , basically means that adenocarcinoma from somewhere in body has spread to the liver. This is suggestive of stage IV. Further evaluation is required to find out the primary by imaging. Biopsy and IHC may be required too in case imaging doesnt give us an answer. On a general note stage IV cancers are not curable. But few of stage IV cancers can be taken up for curative treatment depending on the site of primary, number of metastatic sites and lesions. This aspect can be discussed once all reports are available

It looks to be a stage IV cancer. But now a days some stage IV cancers are also curable. If not curable, even then it can be controlled. Please share the scan reports for further opinion.

This report shows cancer in the liver ,which has spread from some other part of the body. Before starting treatment ,we have to know the organ of start (primary) of the cancer. Kindly attach all the reports ,like scans and /or tumor markers ,if done.
