Doubt of a lung cancer

Asked for Male, 19 Years

I'm just 19 years old, I had a shoulder ache on my left side ((Was kinda muscular)) and am not able to take the full deep breath that I used to take before. I can breathe easily without problems but not very deep. I have a kinda rare dry cough. Please tell me that it's not early signs of lung cancer?
