Doubt about pregnancy

Asked for Female, 27 Years

What is the minimum value of HCG to be positive pregnancy. I am 45 delayed on my date and took a home pregnancy test which was negative. Checked beta HCG value it is 0.65. also doctor said that it is equivocal and asked me to wait for 10 more days. What is the conclusion ?. Please help me dr.

Pregnancy test is definitely negative. However sometimes it can take up to 3 weeks, after last unprotected intercourse, for the test to become positive.
