Doubt about hernia
Dear sir, This is SOMI Reddy age 62 recently I have gone clinical trails for hydrosil and hernia by ultrasound abdomen The report is given below 1.both testicals normal in size and echotextul 2.mild rt hydrocele 3.rt inguinal incomplete hernia contains free fluid in hernial sac extending Upto upper pole of testis 3.lt thick collecting measuring 5.8*4.8cm is notes in scrotal sac on aspiration turbid yellow in fluid ? Filomal collection 4.mid type fou of calcification noted in rt testis and head of epidermis This is entire report but doctor hasn't said any thing clear that it is a problem or not.and whether is there the problem of hernia that is to be operated please suggest me

Hello there. I can understand your concern. There is hydrocele on one side and hernia on the other side. I'm sure the doctor would have suggested surgery. If not, then you have to go consult a general surgeon in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards.
