Dots of Blood in Stool

Hello doctor, i m 24 weeks pregnant and last month saw dots of blood in my stool 3 dots of bright red blood. my OBgYN gave me stool softner which stopped blood but again before 2 days it started and there are 2 3 dots of bright red blood in my stool. i am constipated too much but there is no pain while passing stools why blood in stool occur i have previous history of lower left pelvic cramping which is mild and comes and goes for year
