Dosage of wikoryl syrup
My son is 6 months old weighing 7.5 kgs He has slight fever , cold nd cough nd sneeze. My pediatrician suggested wikoryl syrup 3ml thrice daily. But I feel the dose is high., Is it correct as per his age nd weight???

Please use paracetamol syrup (125mg/5ml ) in dose of 3.5 ml 2-3 times a day and clear his nose with nasoclear drops, one nostril at a time . You can use a bulb syringe to suck secretions. Avoid cough syrup .
