Dosage of Shilajit Gold

Asked for Male, 32 Years

I m intaking Dabur Shilajit gold capsules for the last 8 days. Presently i am intaking 1 capsule with milk in the evening. The recommend dosage is 2 capsules in a day. If i continue having 1 capsule per day, will there be any adverse affect or shall I increase the intake as per the recommended dosage. Also upto how many weeks should i continue having the capsules??
