My baby age 23 months and weight 11 kg how much dose should I give of calpol drops for fever yesterday he was having fever 101.4 with runny nose

Calpol drops 1.3 ml 6 hrly and Syr Cetrizine 2.5 ml thrice daily

Next Steps

Instead of drops go for Calpol Syr (120 mg) 5 ml 6 hrly and do sponging with Luke warm water.
