Dont know if I'm pregnant

Asked for Female, 22 Years

I missed my period twice and took multipule pregnancy test and all came back negative.....my belly is swelling im moody n i recently took a ultrasound ....but the ultrasound was to determine if i had a overian cysts....witch there wasn't any....cud i be pregnant?
