Don't know what to do? Some questions!

Hello, i have a friend who right now is 18 years old, I have some questions regarding sex, i am new to it so i don't know how to ask.. but we are afraid of sex as she can get pregnant, it's our first time , so we are not worried about the std's and all but only pregnancy is tbe issue , we want to have sex but safely, i read alot about safety ways but the only way that i found helpful was 'IUD'. As i have used condom , it's bit risky as it tears up sometime, and she can't get on pills it's not managable for her life, but IUD is something she can get , But my problem is where to get it? And how to get it? We are new to it so we can't go to anywhere and ask for it!! It will be too embarrassing. So i need exact info about it. And if there is any other way out by which we can work it out?
