I wife had Follicular study TVS 16th Day of Menses Endometrium 8.3mm in thickness. Ovaries - The dominant follicile seen in Rt-ovary has collapsed with free fluid in POD suggestive of ovulation. Does this mean if we have sex today will it increase pregnancy chances? Also, is everything ok with the period cycle?
