Dolo 650 in early pregnancy
I got a faint line in home pregnancy test today and also tested positive for covid. I am having mild fever, headache and body pains. I took dolo 650 in the afternoon and fever was controlled. Now again having mild fever. Is it safe to use one more dolo 650 tablet in the night? Please help. I am worried if it has any negative effects on early pregnancy.
