What does this mean ? Mentioned in growth scan 29 weeks 3 days. BPD 71 mm 27w 5D HC  262 mm 28 w 2 d Ac 222 mm 27w 3d FL 53mm 28 w Cephalic index 74 dolicocephaly . Efw 1078 grams +/- 107 grams Is this serious ? Is dolicocephaly serious ? Pls explain. What should I do to resolve IUGR?

Iugr  is when there is a discrepancy of more than two weeks between the weeks of pregnancy by lmp and the abdominal circumference as per the ultrasound findings there is iugr because there is only a discrepancy of 4 days between the AC and the FL To resolve iugr  there are supplements in the form of amino acids which are available Good protein rich diet should be taken If the level 2 ultrasound is normal dolicocephaly  at 28 weeks is of no significance
