Dog scratch
9 month ago my pet dog had scratched me on my neck and scratch was severe like it teared my skin apart and I was able to see my underlying skin and bleeding was also coming a lot . I didn't cleaned my wound and didn't took any vaccine. Even my dog was not vaccinated. But few days after scratch incidence my dog got vaccinated. But the thing that is worrying me a lot is that a dog usually dies within 10 days after bite or scratch but in my case my dog got vaccinated just few days after scratching me so he didn't die after 10 days I was unable to recognise that whether he was rabid or not as he got vaccinated after scratching me which might have protected him against rabbies but he was not protected against rabbies at the time he scratched me so he might have transmitted  rabbies to me from scratch before taking vaccines and he scratched me at time when he didn't took vaccine neither I took vaccine.so will I get Rabies??
