Dog's stomach region swelling

Asked for Female, 24 Years

Dog's stomach region swelling from past one week or so my dog's stomach is swelling. she is attending natural calls as usual, however, today my husband saw a some watery thing flowing out of anus after she attended her natural calls. except this, everything is normal. she had a surgery wherein one ovary was removed but the second one wasn;t removed. sometimes she has false pregnancy. from today morning she has started taking short breaths.
