Dog concern
A street dog lives near my house he has been living here since birth so I have seen him growing up and played with him too... But I have been noticing he had ticks in his body and black spots all over his body and now since few days he had been less active and sleeps most of the time... I fed him biscuits today he ate it too and went back to his place... I saw him he kept itching his body while eating too... Does he have some kind of infection or is this rabies Symptoms?

No , it’s not rabies symptoms.it may be due to ticks infestation. Get proper check up by vet . Or for home remedies:- Mix Equal amount of apple vinegar and water in spray bottle . Spray on affected parts.smell of mixer repels ticks

These are not rabies symptoms. Ticks can cause many diseases in dogs. Which are called tick fever. As per your description, he may have any one of the blood protozoal infections. He needs proper check-ups and treatment.
