A street dog lives near my house he has been living here since birth so I have seen him growing up and played with him too... But I have been noticing he had ticks in his body and black spots all over his body and now since few days he had been less active and sleeps most of the time... I fed him biscuits today he ate it too and went back to his place... I saw him he kept itching his body while eating too... Does he have some kind of infection or is this rabies Symptoms?

There are no symptoms of rabies, this might be skin infection and tick infestation, plz consult a local vet or book online consultation to get the treatment for the same
No , it’s not rabies symptoms.it may be due to ticks infestation. Get proper check up by vet . Or for home remedies:- Mix Equal amount of apple vinegar and water in spray bottle . Spray on affected parts.smell of mixer repels ticks
