Dog bite- food diet while taking vaccine

Hi sir/madam, I have taken my first vaccine today .do I need to follow any food diet or any precautions. I don't have any scratches ,wounds,neither bleeding also. I have taken TT yesterday n started taking vaccine from today as my legs are tingling. Kindly advise.
