Does taking Krimson 35 and Ipill work?

I have irregular periods and since 2009-2010 I'm on krimson 35. I had unprotected sex on 29th July and had Ipill on 30th July. Also from 30th July itself I started off with Krimson 35 as I don't really remember the dates of menstruation! I don't I might have messed up with medication, but I wanted to know that I am not going to get pregnant right? I'm worried on that front!
