Does hiv spread through fingering ??

I had a recent breakup so to take out the outbrust i went to a prostitute but unfortunately i didn't have sex just did deep kissing and then somehow i couldn't go further and stopped and i also i did ejacjated on the before hand ... so i didn't go further .... but now after 11 days i am having a bit of fever and a small mouth ulcer and bit of cough ....so i am very tensed could this be symptom and one more thing i did fingured the girl and deep kissing nothing more than that . please help me out.
