Do not get periods without pills
History of pcos ( excessive facial hair and irregular periods ) since 17 years age, laproscopy done for ovarian dermoid 3 months ago,in the last 2 yrs did not get periods naturally, everytime it was with pills/contraceptives but every month I got severe cramps, backaches  and mood swings. Even after the dermoid removal no natural periods. Any chances of cure and getting periods naturally?
