Do I need harmone therapy
After removal of ovaries and uterus, I don't take any hormone medication. Do I need one? Now a days I'm feeling very lethargic, energy less, bones pain , giddiness, and want to sleep more. I become tired very soon.

Its normal post hysterectomy.  You shall take supplements but not hormone tabs . Supplements of calcium and vitamin b complex , vitamin e under medical supervision .

No you do not need any hormone medication For lethargic less energy you need to get your vitamin D vitamin b12 haemoglobin thyroid levels checked deficiency should be treated for bone pain you need regular calcium supplements
