Dizziness Vomiting and Loss of energy

I feel really dizzy and my head hurts too so bad. I also vomit at all times I repeat at all times. I take too many meds but none of them work and also I dont have energy like I'm a 10 year old kid I swear that is not a joke. What should I dooo?
