  4. Diziness, numness in foot. To normal?

I am a diabetic patient for the past 12 years . in last 2 years i am facing dizziness and took several treatment . but no improvement at all . i got temporary relief only . In May 2018, doctor are found peripheral neuropathy . I feel numbness and burning sensation in foot . pls advise how to treat and reverse back to normal

Could be due to autonomic neuropathy which is a complication of diabetes. Pl see your neurologist for management and confirmation of diagnosis
