Dizziness , loss of balance sensation
I'm 5ft 7in and 72kg.....My d3 levels are 4.88 ng/mL and b12 levels are 200 pg/mL ...I have been suffering from dizziness which is not a spinning sensation but it is actually like a feeling of constant movement in the head and I feel faint for a split second ...had consulted a neurologist and he had suggested a  mri of brain and cervical spine which returned normal...thyroid tests were also normal...is this some kind of vertigo ?

Hi there. Yes it is vertigo. Its good that MRI results are normal. However, need to review your case fully to be able to give proper diagnosis and treatment. Previous prescriptions and test results will be helpful. Please upload MRI images too.
Next Steps
