Dizziness,chest pain
Sir/Madam,
I am suffering from diabetes and htn last one year taking metoprolol 50 and talmisartan 40 for htn and vildamac 50/500 2 time for diabetes.
Last year 08/10/2021 due to chest pain and palpitation i done my tmt and echo which comes normal.
My tsh level at that time 5.56. t3 and t4 normal.
Now for the last one month i feel chest pain,left hand pain, pain in hand and leg fingers, itching, sweating on palm and feet and palpitation everyday.
That's why I do echo,ECG, high sensitive troponin i,kft, all comes normal.
Only TSH comes 7.68.
and sodium 141, potassium 3.2.
So sir can you please tell me what should I do,i feel all above symptoms every day and also fluctuate blood pressure.
Please guide me.
