Dizzines,very tired,back pain

Asked for Female, 30 Years

I have been suffering from tiredness,feeling dizzy,and back pain.am not able to do any work feeling always tired and dizziness.my pregnancy test also negative. I took blood tests.cbc,vitamun b12,and thyroid seems to be normal.i have vitamin d level low.i didnt understand the white blood cell levels.i attached my reports plz suggest.
