My sleep cycle has been disturbed for very long now. I keep waking up in the middle of the night and then have great difficulty sleeping. I do not consume any caffeine, tea or stimulants through the day. I also have a regular exercise pattern and have no reason for any stress in particular. I exercise at between 7 - 8 pm and then go to bed at midnight.
