Disturbed sleep
My sleep cycle has been disturbed for very long now. I keep waking up in the middle of the night and then have great difficulty sleeping. I do not consume any caffeine, tea or stimulants through the day. I also have a regular exercise pattern and have no reason for any stress in particular. I exercise at between 7 - 8 pm and then go to bed at midnight.

Exercising between 7-8 may be a little late  causing altered sleep. Try switching your exercise routine to morning or early evening. Also apply  any oil and massage your head for 5 -10 min daily before bath

Hello, U can consult a general physician MD/ psychiatrist. Till than Tab epitril 0.5 mlone at 9-9.30 walk five minutes in room or any place. No TV, no gossip, switch off lights and go to bed. If you feel  better u can continue it.ok.
