Disturbance in back side of testis

Question

Asked for Male, 17 Years

No pain but when the back side of testis keep presure or when it has between two legs it unhezited or disturbed and when i check my testis by hand it start to very light pain not pain actually but disturb what i do now and dr. pls say me what deasese i have ?
