Distressing vaginal Health

Asked for Female, 16 Years

White discharge, smells faintly fishy. Missed periods. Brown and red spotting. After deep penetration, rectum and vagina had sharp pain (similar to gas) & was unable to barely stand up, or use the rest room for about 20 minutes. Itchiness on the very outside of the vagina, it comes and goes. When I first noticed changes, I had very bad cramps. I don't have those anymore. I took multiple pregnancy tests. I am not pregnant.
