Dear Doctors,
I am listing down my symptoms please help sir 1. Since childhood i use to hold poop and never really had a good defecation.
2. I use to strain alot in Indian style toilet..then around 20 years of age i started using Western style which helped me relax myself....and i use to think that i can only poop in western toilet and that mind satisfaction helped me to evacuate bowel.
3. But again now as i am 25 year old... a single thought of stress...that i will not be able to evacuate my bowel lead to incomplete evacuation.....
4. I have to get myself exited, calm and relax and imagine a good bowel movement to complete my evacuation otherwise I have to go to toilet for 3-4 times to completely evacuate.
5. Sir i think i have dyssnergic defecation...as it is more of psychology that is controlling complete evacuation..
PLEASE GUIDE ME SIR IN THIS REGARDS!!!THANKS
