Patient has low back ache with radiation to the right lower limb. Being diabetic ,that too uncontrolled as per your history, she needs a detailed neurological evaluation for possible causes like lumbar spondylosis with radiculopathy and plexopathy. She may require scans and other nerve tests. Please consult a Neurologist regarding the back pain. Also consultation with a diabetologist or endocrinologist is suggested.
