Discontinu of gutb medicine

Asked for Male, 30 Years

I had dected GUTB from March 2017 and taken akruti 4 for 2 months with Zenflox for 1months but anter two months of taking thess medicines I had discontinued but after 3 months I had got again afb positive in my urine afb test. So plsease suggest me what can I do next
