Hi all, I have been having very very mild discomfort on the right side in one particular location for a few days now. It is right above the naval on the right side. What could this be. I have no other symptoms such as fever or anything. Thank you

This can be because of gall bladder stones, or pancreas liver or stomach related problem. ULTRASOUND, and appropriate blood test may be needed depending on your detailed history.
Next Steps
avoid spicy oily foods including milk derivatives, coffee tea cold drinks alcohol smoking junk food etc.
