My son is 4.9 years old, weight 16.3kg. From last 16 days he is suffering from some discomfort in his stomach and chest. This is happening in every side of stomach and chest and through out the day night. This discomfort when occurs lasts for few seconds then going automatically, again after few minutes occurs. I given Junior lanzol for 10 days, and our pediatrician prescribed syp cyclopam for 5 days. But not such improvement. USG was also done, report was also alright. I attached the report here. He does not have any other problem. Feeding normal and he is playful. What needs to do to get rid out of this?

Hi
If pain is there in chest and throughout abdomen and it is not responding to usual medication.
I would suggest to undergo blood, urine and stool test with Chest x ray to rule out any other cause for abdominal pain
