Discomfort after meals

Asked for Female, 22 Years

I did an abortion last week 10th, did not especially heavy bleeding was 1 month two weeks old pregnant, since those pills just spotted blood light and after past a clot like stuff, and still having issues and pain, noise and no movement in stomach after meals, can't figure out wat is wrong the discomfort is worse.
