Discolouration on hands,feet,neck,elbows

Asked for Female, 20 Years

I am a 20 years old female. And have dark knuckles on my feet and fingers and also my elbows have darkened and I have tried everything to fix them. Also I have a severe discolouration on my neck which is really hard to fix and all the solutions I've tried aren't working please assist me
