Discharge
My BP was 210, quick I went for ECG report and report was normal but I admitted their for 12 hrs and now my BP went down between 140 to 170 can I go for discharge?

U have to get evaluated well before discharge. U have continue medications.

You can get discharged with BP medications. Most important is you need to have a detailed evaluation for your high BP at the young age . Young hypertension. Battery of blood tests , renal artery Doppler, ECHO etc  needs to be done. All these can be done on an OPD basis
