Discharge during pregnancy
M almost 31 week pregnant with twins. Today morning I observed little clear jelly discharge. I have undergone cerclage at 12 week. Dr examine and said cerclage is still there. So is there any need to be concern. I'd it signal of preterm delivery. If this situation comes how many more weeks will be passed

It seems normal discharge, nothing to worry about. If you feel continuous watery discharge, pain (cramps), or bloody discharge then it is concerning. Just relax, take adequate rest, if you feel any doubt, see your gynaecologist.
