Disc protrusion & spine canal stnosis

Asked for Male, 36 Years

I got L5 S1 disc protrsion problem.Had taken injection for pain relief.It came down but not taht much.Now doctor is saying to go for surgery.but i think before that i should go for ayurveda treatment(kati basti etc)?please let me know what should i do in panchkarma treatment?Looking for your views.
