Disc extrusion causing pain on left leg.
Hello Doc, MRI scans revealed a disc extrusion at l5s1. Having pain since April, on left hip till down the knee. Doing mckenzie, bird dog, backward bending and some core, since 2 months. Have minor relief. But walking or standing for 20 mins causes pain. Can it be treated and how long would it take? Thanks.
