Hello doctor, im 29 yrs old female, diagnosed with disc bulge from L2 to S1. My height is 158 cm and weight is 65 kg. Due to back pain and sciatica im unable to do any exercise.. recently ive started to walk at speed of 4 for 20 mins in threadmill.. i also carry 1 kg weight in each hand while walking. Is it considered a safe exercise? What else can i do for weight loss?

You should do core strengthening exercises with proper guidance.
You should do back stretching and strengthening exercises with physiotherapist guidance.
Do walking without weight for 30 days then gradually increase it with weights.
