I am 29 old male with sitting job, bad posture, 9 hours sitting on laptop, do long drives. I recently got a jerk while running on treadmill at high speed. I was on diet for past few months ( salad and fruits only). It started paining in my foot, leg, now back as well. It is very sever. I cant stand straight sometimes due to pain in leg. Gangaram asked me for mri and got l4-l5 and l5-s1 bulge. Gangaram advised surgery. I dont have any ball bladder dysfunctional. Plz advice. I have visited qi spine center recently. Plz advice. Thanks
