Dirty phlegm
Hello.. I have smoked for almost 20 years... Average 6-7 cigarette... Sometimes i didn't smoke...in middle i left smoking for almost 1 year also.. Now my age is 34...and i thought it's high time to quit smoking..so i have quit it completely last week.. Now i observe that generally after i finish my food..some phlegm automatically comes to my throat and when i spit it out... phlegm colour is dirty...I mean in white phlegm it's mild blackish.. I am also suffering from Viral flu... I am worried about the phlegm...Is it dangerous??? I am working in marketing job. Please guide me...
