Dilated La. Complications may happen?

Mitral valve EF-slope- 50mm/sec DE 12mm EPSS 04mm AO/LA Aorta 29mm LA 39mm AV cusp 17 mm RV 25 mm LV LVID- D 38mm LVID-S 25mm IVS 10 mm LVPW 10mm EF 63 % FS 34 % LV - normal cavity dimension with normal LV systolic function (lvef 63%) Wall thickness appears normal. No RWMA. RV- Normal in size. TAPSE 21mm LA- Dilated RA- normal in size Intact ias/ivs Mitral valve - normal in shape and opening. Aortic valve - normal in shape and opening Tricuspid valve- normal in shape with normal opening. Trpg- 22.97 mmHg Pulmonary valve- normal in shape with normal opening Others- no obvious intra-cardiac clot/mass No PAH, PASP 28mmHg No feature of tamponade, epicardial fat thickness. Chest XRay- everything normal. ECG- Normal SiNUS RHYTHM As per ECHO, my mother has Dilated left atrium,  how dangerous is it, what future complications may happen?  What should be the next course of action. She takes bp med. Her bp is always around 121/72. Please answer 🙏🏻
