Diindolylmethane for acne
I am not sure if this is ok for me to take, I want to take it for acne. I am 20 and about 105lbs so I am not sure if it will effect me differently because I am petite. And I'm not sure if it is going to effect my hormones negatively. Should I take it and just monitor my symptoms?
