Digginess, sweating on diabetis medicatn

My mother is on diabetis medicien from last 3 years, as recent report shows high BS content (270), her doctor changed medicine & got controlled to normal level, however, she feels digginess, restlessness,heavy sweating. she want to sleep all over the day. Waht might be the reason??
