Digestive problems or something else?

Hi, Sometimes when I have food, I get gas and some bowel movement and that is accompanied with a headache on one side, tense neck and dull pain in the arms, usually left elbow and tingling sensation on the left hand. This lasts around an hour or 2. All of this goes away after defecation, or its gone by the morning. What could be the cause of this how do I ensure it not happening?
